So very disappoint with the bad service that cell c give me, I emailed the notice letter of my contract on 23.05.2013 that I don't want to upgrade I give them 30days notice as they want us to do if you don't want to upgrade but they keep on deducting on my account, I tried to call they customer care line but I got no respond, then I called the head office I spoke to Janelle she says she's the manager there, she give me her email address I emailed her the letter that I sent them and the respond they give me, she promised to come back to me but she did not
cell c really disappoint me on the last month of my contract, I was recommending the to every one who tells me of the bad experience they have with cell c know I see "what a poor customer service they have"
