Cell C
NO RESPONSE FROM BLANCHE

HI,

A few weeks ago I wrote a complaint about how Blanche Opperman from Cell C never got back to me on my response to their service. It related to data being overcharged and how they believe they are right and won't refund the moneys deducted wrongly.

I had a response form Cell C saying that Blanche will respond but to date I have not heard anything. This is now getting very ridiculous. The 3g data services isn't better either.

Please sort this out.
