No response after a week, I called Blanche

After 2 wweks of not receiving my i-phone and no communication from Cellc at all, I was sent an e-mail from Cell C of how sorry they are and Blanche would contact me, well after 5 days I called Blanche because she was to useless to call. Blanche also said sorry sorry sorry blah, but did nothing! She promised to call me back before 16h00 on Friday 2013.05.10 and did not!
