After posting my original complaint on behalf of my mother-in-law I received a response saying that it had been passed onto Blanche Opperman to sort out.
I then received and email from Blanche asking for my mother in laws contact details, which I had put on the original complaint. I sent her the contact number and the forms she requested. To date she has not come back to me or my mother in law. So nothing has been done about this. I have sent her emails asking what is happening and why is she not responding and they are being ignored.
Can someone from Cell C sort his out please?
