I complained on Hello [URL Removed] a few months back regarding Cell C, charging me for internet usuage that I did not use (over R200 worth to be exact). Cell C gladly responded and said Blanche Opperman would get back to me, she did, and she requested that I send my June Statment to her when it arrived, I did, on the 11 June 2013, and sent an email requesting that she get back to me. Blanche read my email on Monday, 24 June 2013, we heading towards July and No One has returned my call or email. Addition to this I called Cell C the end of May requesting that the debit order be removed as I will be making eft payments from now on, I called to today to check if that was done, and not surprising to me, It was NOT done!! I have been with this Network for close to 15 years... I am now officially done with Cell C... Hello Vodocom!!
