I wrote a complaint to mtn concernig the problem that i had with the cellphone in first -6 hours. The cellphone was taken back to the store after one day i bought it on an upgrade contract. The manager checked the cellphone and agreed that the phone has a problem. I told manager that i am not interested on the phone anymore because it failed to work for 6 hours and i need another type of a phone.
She refused and make sarcastic jokes about me in front of other customers. I left the phone at the store and she never contacted me anymore and it is now more than two weeks.
I wrote more than five Emails to MTN complaints department on the 20th of May 2013 and i am still waiting for their response till today.
Can you please ask MTN on my behalf to respond on my Emails please.
