Nashua Mobile took R27 000 from my account today. I only have a R399 Cellc contract with a call limit that is enforced up to R1004 if I go over my usual subscription usage. I bank with ABSA.
NOW I ASK YOU how is it possible that my account is R27 000!!! I was told THEY will get back to me when the person who must look at the matter will eventually read her email. I asked her if she can phone her or put me through to speed up the process? I was just told nothing more can be done at the time witch is BULL!
MORE THAN 10 years with this company and this is the kind of service I receive???
Now I must wait until THEY have the time to look at the matter.
With the amount of simcard happening I AM NOT FEELING SAFE: NASHUA MOBILE, CELLC, ABSA.
Not to mentioned I migrated from a Vodacom to Cellc account.
I want someone in management to phone me ASAP!
