PATHETIC!!!

This is an update on Job number: 8771072. I logged a complaint and received a few calls from the Repair Centre insisting that we let the phone fall in water and if we pay the R320 if is (wait for it) NOT guaranteed that they can fix it. Brevran (Repair Centre Technician) suggested that we do something illegal buy claiming for it by our insurance. Im sorry but we are NOT dishonest! I have no more words for Vodacom, you people are pathetic!!! We've been redirected to call Brevan, then Sarah (JHB), then back to Cape Town and now Basil (3 attempts no answer). We went back to V&A Waterfront repair store and Grant suggested that because the phone was not water damaged, someone must have licked it. THIS IS PATHETIC!! We are NOT paying that access amount of R320! Please do not call me if you are going to give me the same story, I want a solution to this problem ONCE and for all!! We are not paying for damages you made to my dads phone and now we have to pay for what service??? RIDICULOUS I tell you!!
