Last year when cell c launched its get it 24/7 program I was one of the most unfortunate people who was called by their consultants. Agreed to give it a try for some strange reason which immediately the following month I called to cancel, anyway I was promised that it would be cancelled but it was not. 3 months passed until I called again and this time laid a complaint with a so called supervisor, he assured me that it was officially cancelled and next month (September 2012) I wouldn't have a problem with them debiting me ever again. Since then they haven't stopped debiting me and when I call they always and tell me they will fix it, its not their fault its billing's fault. I have received emails promising to be refunded, recorded messages. I am frustrated with this service provider, I am enough with cell c sp. I am considering a legal route as I see that I will never get my money back. My contract is expiring in two months and I am wondering how am I going to stop them from debiting me. This, but rest assured I will take this further soon.
