My husband and I went to the Vodacom to get the new Galaxy S4 for our kids.
We have triplets and as it was there birthdays we decided to get them new cellphones. We stood in the line for 1 hour waiting to be helped and eventually we sat down and said we would like 3 x Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphones.
We were then told that there is a customer limitation and that each group of customers are only entitled to 1 phone. WHAT??? These phones are over R7000 and you want to limit us to one per group?
my husband then said he will purchase on in his name, i would purchase one in my name and we called a 3rd person to take the phone out on there name for my other son.
the woman then said no sorry its one per group no matter how many adults u are. are you joking Vodacom??
You must be doing really well if you can say no to a R21000 pre VAT sale, excluding contracts of R1599 per month.
