Failure to cancel subscription

Good day, months ago i received a call and was offered a Get IT subscription by Cell C, a consultant told me I was one of their best paying customers, they offered me a product called Get IT. it was explained to me about its benefits and i agreed to it. upon reflection i realised i do not need this service and decided to cancel it. I called in and spoke to a consultant who advised me that it would be cancelled withing 30days and that a manager from the retention department would call me to confirm cancellation. i received a call as advised and the manager tried to conserve me by explaining the product and i advised am no longer interested in the service and wished to have it cancelled. he then assured me that it would be called in 30days and the 30days has long passed but to my surprise you are still debiting and i just called again the call centre and was advised the service is still active. I have been very patient and want this cancelled with immediate effect and i want a refund of the subs debitted from my account as i had instructed you to cancel this service. I have been with Cell C for years and lately your service has been very poor. Please assist
