On the 16th of July 2012 i cancelled a contract i had with MTN Because the phone was. I realised yesterday that R100 was being debited from my account from August 2012 to April 2013. This was a shock to me because i was being debited for a phone and airtime that i was not using. When i called the call centre today, the impatient guy that i spoke to told me my contract was suspended not cancelled, but either way, i did not use that phone and the airtime.
The call centre agents behaviour was also appauling.
I want my money back! How was i paying for services not rendered to me.
