Why is it that Telkom cannot get a simple 1meg line to be static. The break in my line is worst now (since their 'upgrade') than it's ever been. I spend more time trashing cache and reloading pages than ever before. My personal opinion is that they do it on purpose to ensure that you exceed your cap. That way one has to purchase more bandwith thereby making Telkom that much more healthier on their bottom line. As for the helpdesk, they need help!
From this complaint I see the following happen : 1. Line will be sorted and remain stable for a while 2. A 'smart' technician will at some stage start swopping lines to different nodes at the exchange and I will be back to square 1. 3. Another complaint on Hello Peter and we'll start again.
