I stopped dealing with your Randridge Mall Branch in December. This has been a headoffice issue since January and it is still unresolved! I have reference numbers, email correspondence and more recently a lady in the new business call centre, who took the time to assist me with a complaint that is not part of her portfolio. Even she appears to have given up!
You sold me a Galaxy Note II contract but registered it as an SIII. How hard can it be to fix this? Now you have to go back 6 months and correct billings.
Please have someone call me today - no emails, no reference numbers - just a solution. It really can't be that hard if you care about customer service, much less a new customer who was with Vodacom for 10 years.
