I bought a Giga 100GB Anytime prepaid sim to the value of R2499 on 24 April 2013 and did not RICA it on that day as it was a 12 month contract deal and I wanted to start as from May month. Went into the Kenilworth branch on 1May 2013 were I bought it as I wanted to RICA it. One of the sales ladies then offered to assist me. While I was talking to her another Salesman (Yazeed) came up to us and and in an extremely rude manner wanted to know where and where I got the sim card and the price I paid it for it as if I had the Sim card. The poor Sales lady did not even know where to hide her face. This is the third year I have renewed this particular 12 month contract and if this is the way that cellc are treating their loyal customers then I don't want to be part of the cellc family anymore.
