1 year Top up contract 2 numbers. Went into MTN Vangate Mall (cape town), spoke to Shawn and had this cancelled (this was after the year contract expired), this was in April 2013. We asked for all billing on our bank accounts to END on these two numbers. Since then, every month we go in to an MTN branch, including canal walk, calling the 808 number and quoting reference numbers, calling mtn jhb speaking to a Maphifo and having her/him block the sim on those numbers and request that this billing ENDS... Our account is still billed. Its been 8 months and no one an MTN has stopped billing our numbers... we have had about R500 taken... small bill for MTN, I can't afford this. Give it back and resolve this matter.
