My wife bought a pair of boots from Edgars Tygervalley at the end of March... and the next day the zip broke. So we took it back and they didn't have any more stock, but they could track another pair down at the Canal Walk store. When we got there it wasn't the same boot, so they put in a request to the "Fashion Hotline" to acquire a source a new pair from somewhere. I got a sms on 10 April to say that "sourcing in progress". That was the last I ever heard. I contacted the hotline a few times, and they then said a pair had been located at Cresta, and it would be sent to Canal Walk. This never happened. On Tuesday 2013/06/11 I went to Canal Walk to find out what is going on. The boots never left JHB!!! But they found a pair in Sandton. This was then supposed to have been over-nighted to Canal Walk, and should've arrived today. Again I have received NO feedback.
