I AM BEYOND LIVID. PROMISES TO CALL BACK, PROMISED TO HAVE THIS ISSUE RESOLVED. PROMISED TO BE CALLED BACK BY SAMANTHA AND THEN ANOTHER COLLEAGUE OF HERS WAS SUPPOSED TO GET BACK TO ME. NASHUA IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS??? NO FEEDBACK AS PROMISED.THIS IS NOW MY THIRD COMPLAINT WITH HELLO PETER AND THUS FAR UNSUCCESSFUL WITH THE RESPONSES.THIS GOES TO SHOW, YOU GUYS ARE SO QUICK TO MY MONEY... YES... BUT WHEN IT COMES TO REFUNDS THEN THIS ISSUES GOES ON FOR MONTHS. DO NOT BLAME OPERA TELECOMS AS MY DEBIT ORDERS HAVE BEEN FOR NASHUA. RESPOND OR NOT, I WILL BE MOVING MY NUMBERS OVER TO THE BETTER NETWORK WHOM DELIVERS SERVICE.THIS IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE ESPECIALLY SINCE I COME FROM A CLIENT SERVICE ORIENTATED BACKGROUND.
