This post is a follow up regarding my last post. Not once has a staff member called me back regarding my issue. I have had to phone 0861 412 412 almost every second day to find out what is happening. Service between Chumile (call center) and Kira Vrnjas (sales rep) is utterly disgusting.
This complaint is almost 2 months old now and nothing has been done except for empty promises. Somebody better phone me today. I WANT my money credited back to me by the end of the week. I regret the day i ever signed with Nashua mobile...
