In January 2013 I was in Barberton on holiday and I decided that I would cancel my contract with Nashua Mobile due to financial reasons and revert to prepaid so I popped into the Barberton Branch and filled out the necessary documentation and I was told it be cancelled at the end of February Jan 2013, then at the end of February my account was debited so upon my enquiry I was told it was a IT issue and it would be sorted out however I was told they had no record of my cancellation.
The person at client services told me that it was now cancelled and a credit would be passed. To my amazement I was again debited at the end of March, when I called I was told the same thing that they would cancel and pass a credit.
When I called to make sure a few weeks later I was told it was still active so I decided to go into a branch in Blairgowrie and the lady there once again checked and said that my account was active and she would sort it out (16April).
Now once again (3 weeks later) on the 2May I have been debited!!! what a bunch of useless clowns!!
