Deduction of monies with out consent

I am not a contract subscriber and was wrong fully debited for airtime which has now emptied my bank account. I want for this to be reversed and a written apology sent to me. This experience has not only left me broke but has caused me to lose the trust I had with MTN after being a customer of a pre-paid Mtn number for more than 4 years.
