A friend called me this am to tell me that one cannot get through to me on my cellphone- when trying to call me they receive an auto message stating that my account has been suspended.
I called Virgin's helpdesk and was told that they implemented a new system and it is causing the problem, but that they would correct it for me immediately. First issue I have is reputational damage - mine. I use my cellphone for business and having my clients been told that my account has been suspended is not on at all - did Virgin honestly not think about this?
Next, I have waited over 2 hrs and the problem still exists - in addition I cannot get through to their helpesk - been trying for over 45 mins and no answer.
In short - litany of errors and poor service by Virgin.
