I HAVE RECEIVED A MOBILE PHONE WITH MY ADSL LINE AT HOME. I AM ON THE BSAIC COMBO DEAL 1 PACKAGE. WITH MY PHONE I AM ALLOWED TO MAKE UNLIMITED CALLS TO ONE TELKOM LANDLINE NUMBER.
I HAVE NOW TRIED MORE THAN 5 TIMES TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO CAN ADD MY NUMBER (THE ONE I CAN MAKE FREE CALLS TO) TO MY ACCOUNT. EVERY TIME I CALL I AM TRANSFERRED TO SOMEONE ELSE UNTIL THE LINE IS CUT OFF. I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, EACH TIME I MUST EXPLAIN THE WHOLE THING ALL OVER AGAIN. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
ALL I WANT TO DO IS TO GIVE YOU THE NUMBER THAT I CAN MAKE UNLIMITED CALLS TO.
