OUR BUSINESS ADSL LINE HAS BEEN CROSSED WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S LINE AND THUS WE HAVE NO INTERNET! THIS IS A BUSINESS AND THE INTERNET IS VITAL TO THE FUNCTIONALITY OF OUR WORK... NO ONE FROM TELKOM HAS COME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND IT HAS BEEN A DAY NOW, WE TOLD THEM IT WAS URGENT AND THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD COME IN YESTERDAY, BUT STILL NO ONE HAS COME!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND IT ISN'T EVEN OUR FAULT, IT IS TELKOM'S FAULT AND NOW OUR BUSINESS IS THE ONE SUFFERING...
