Failed to install ADSL line -no urgency to correct

Telkom was requested to install lines in our new offices well in advance to ensure a smooh move. The lines were installed approximately 2 weeks before the move, however upon final set up on the last day of the move, our ISP discovered that there was no ADSL line installed.
Telkom was immediately conacted but we are being told that we need to wait for 10 days to have this done. Our business operated on VOIP and not having ADSL would be crippling.
After chatting to Naseema at length she simply insisted that they could do nothing more other than "escalate" the request and IF they could arrange sooner they will but she cant promise.
I was eventually put through to a supervisor, Moses, who after waiing for quite some time told me he will call me back but cant promise anything as it is up to the technical guys.
