Telkom have been unable to fix a problem with my landline (residential) for 17 days, which affects my internet service. I relly on this internet service with my work and I have lost numerous orders because people send mails with no response, I have called telkom almost daily for the last 10 days but all I get is we will escalate your query...
they cannot even tell me what the problem is, I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting with extremerly poor service and feedback...
