I upgrade my 3G line from 2GB per month to an upcapped lite on the 4 April 2013. After receiving an sms confirmation from MTN I asked Shamunah to please confirm that the upgrade has been confirmed and that I will be able to use my uncapped lite with immediate effect. She checked on the system and confirmed that in deed it was done. Sunday 7 April my phone and 3G was blocked. I phoned 808 and was informed that I have an amount outstanding of approx. R24000.00 due to my 3G usage. Tuesday 9 April I returned to the store to find out why? She claimed that this was only to be activated from the new billing date (20/21). She claimed that there was nothing she could do until this was billed. Monday 22nd I phoned her, without any luck & I e-mailed her. On Tuesday 23rd I eventually got hold of her & was told that she only worked in the afternoon and that she could only log the query when she gets to the shop. And I must remember that MTN has a big backlog & that normally this can take up to 21 working days to resolve. She also said that the line is still on uncapped even though I cancelled the upgrade on the 9th. To date this has not been resolved and I am without my 3G which i am paying fo
