Been on the line from my cell for an hour - still had to listen to voice recording and nobody answers. Notice given in Dec 2012 to cancel service. Account in Jan 2013: R0-00. Now getting an account for R630-80. Don't know what I must do to get service cancelled??? Line is not working!! Service no 011 804 1011
