Customer has to beg for accounts to be sent

I installed my line (which was so hopelessly done) only to receive an sms indicating that I'm in arrears on my account. I called into the call centre and asked for an explanation as to where my bill was and how it was sent. The lady responded that the post office was on strike and that is why the bill was not delivered to me. She emailed me an amount of which I paid. I asked her to please change the method of notifying me to email so that I ensure my bills are paid correctly and on time. I did not receive a bill for March and now in April I get another sms to say I'm in arrears again (which would make absolute sense), BUT WHERE IS MY BILL??? If I had the bill, I'll pay the money through. Must I REALLY call the billing department again to plead for my bill so I can pay the account. What is the use investing in a fancy website indicating that there's SO MANY ways to pay, when none of them actually work!!! If this does not get sorted out, I'm cancelling my line!!
