CEO's office not responding

Handset under warranty, all of a sudden does not work, send it in for the warranty so they can repair. told me all of a sudden water damage, and i did not accept this to be the case as they cannot supply proof. lodged a complaint with the ceo's office, spoke to Thoralo. he was supposed to get back to me within 8 hours, i eventually tracked him down, the phone went dead, although he knew i was holding he didnt have the decency to call me back as when i tried, the numbers just rang cause they all ran home for the public holiday. as yet, i have still not received any feedback about my matter and i am off to say the least. what an incompetent bunch of . have the to deal with someone such as myself that know how to fight for the weak, dont shy away and hope i just leave it be. cause now you have just made it worse for yourself.
