I have previously written a complaint on here to Planet fitness Witbank. I was given a long excuse and months have passed, still nothing changed. I have been monitoring one of the broken machines in the gym (leg press on the circuit), this machine has been broken for the past 4 months. I actually quit the gym for 2 months as I needed a cool down period to prevent myself from making a scene. I started again this week only to find that the same machines are all still broken and only half the machines on the circuit is in working order. NOT EVEN THE TIMER IS WORKING! After addressing this with the one staff member, the only feedback he had for me from the manager was: "the circuit, it is broken.". I paid a membership fee to make use of their facilities, currently their facilities are broken and I cant see this changing. What process can I follow to get my money back as I have paid for a 3 year membership upfront early this year?
