I have join Planet fitness 2 years ago. I was told I owe money to planet fitness, but my tag didnt work, I wasnt on the system and they hace no record od me being there or had ever gone to plabet fitness. They jeep on deducting money from my account for no reason, and wheb asked to pay the account I replied that I will pay as soon as I receive an invoice of money outstanding... it has already been a year after my request and still no invoice or any statement, they just keep money feom my account.
