Debiting my bank account 3 years after membership

When I joined Planet Fitness Hennopspark in 2008, I was advised by salesman Zietsman (who was very soon after that fired) that I could cancel the membership if need be, by liaising with the branch manager. That same year I became unemployed and tried to cancel the contract which was all of a sudden not possible according to the manager at the time. My membership account was frozen for 6 months and thereafter I paid my monthly instalments best i could. To this day I have not used this gym once and have not received my access tag. 3 Years ago, I was stopped being billed. NOW Planet Fitness is deducting - R250 from my account once a month at a different time with a different reference every time. I am sure deducting money from someones account without authority is unlawful and if this situation does not get resolved, I'll seek advise from a lawyer. I urge Planet Fitness to look on their system and see how much I have paid them for NOT EVER using their gym and seek my photo as it was NEVER taken. Please get back to me ASAP as reversing the current payments will eventually cause my credit score to look unfavourable and I don't think that is fair!!! Thank you, Kind regards Zorica Gailey.
