Disapproval of consent:
I have recently been made aware of the fact that my little brother was defaulting on a contract he had signed with planet fitness located in Fairmount. This came as a shock to me and my mother as we were not aware of any such contract to begin with. This contract is void as no consent was given by myself nor my mother and at the time of him signing the contract he was still a minor. Therefore planet fitness got into a contract with a minor without parental consent, he had no capacity to act nor possiblity to perform. I am financially responsible for him and I do not intend in any way to be liable for the contract, I was unawre that that contract existed and expressely give dissaproval of my consent.
