Hi,
I'm having issues with cancellation of my virgin active account.
I filed for cancellation on the 9th of April 2013 as that was my last month of the contract, so basically it was more like I didn't want to renew my contract.
Regardless of my cancellation request, I was still debited on 2013-04-30.
When I spoke to the consultant, her a name is Tasheem, she said that I would not be debited again.
And the previous month I was being debited R359 but this recent unauthorized one was R389.
I would like to have this matter resolved asap.
