I have been an active member at planet fitness in moreleta park for 3 months, my access card has not been working since day 1, I went to the manager Tania and I asked them to sort this out for my, she told me that she will send a request to the IT department to sort this out. I went to her again, asking why this is not sorted out all ready, she told me as soon as the new system is up and running, it will work, I went to them twice after that, and each time they keep telling me the same story, last night I went to the gym and the new system is up and running and my access card is still not working, asked the receptionist to have a look, and guess what, the same story again, they will have to send it to IT department. They have the worst service I have ever seen. I want this sorted out, this has been going on for 3 months.
