I have been a member since 2008 and renewed my contract in 2011 with Promise. I signed a contract for a buy one get one free and added a dependent (my fianc?) with this special offer, and paid the contract in full (nearly R8000). Since Promise has opened our accounts my fianc? 's tag has NOT been working and every time we go to gym its a struggle to try and explain to the receptionist what our situation is.
Every receptionist has promised us that they will fix it, but by our next gym session the tag is still not on the system, and we then have to go through the process again. We have dealt with Joyce, Shadrack, Promise and now the wellness manager Desiree, none of them are able to give us an explanation of why my fianc? 's tag does not work or let alone why he isn't even on the system. One receptionist told us its because of the new tag system that Planet Fitness is using, but this is no excuse as to why my fianc? does not have access. Another receptionist told us that it is impossible to have my fianc? as a dependent, but this is not my problem, Promise opened our accounts and we paid the monies in full so we expect our tags to be working 24/7.
