On Sunday the 1st I went for a workout to the Planet Fitness, upon entry I gave the tag for access after which I was told I could not be allowed in due to my fees not being paid. After which I asked to see the manager. I was again told that my account was not paid. How can this be as its a debit order off my card which has sufficient funds and debited by Vitality and not Planet Fitness.
After 3 years of being a member and never had a problem this is how I was treated. With all the marketing and free workouts surly its common courtesy to advise a customer that your account has not been paid, please contact our offices and we cannot allow you in after this entry. No one called or informed me that my account was not paid. All I got was attitude.
Guess what, there's a Virgin Active down the road...
