Not to go into too much detail, my tag has not been working at gym for the last two weeks. Every evening I get there, I spend 20minutes with reception trying to sort this out. They kept telling me my Black tag wasnt paid, which put my account in arrears.
I have never owned or activated a Black tag with Planet Fitness. Numerous ladies would say Admin will sort it out the next day and contact me, but that never happened. Two weeks passed with this back and forth, every evening same story, wasting time trying to get this sorted but they cant as Admin is home for the day, and they take details down, assure me it will be sorted, and nothing happens.
Club manager also never available.
One evening I came accross Minette at reception, she was extremely helpful, assured me she would sort it out. I was surprised the next day when she phoned me twice to tell me whats been happening, and that the fault was on Planet Fitness side.
Planet Fitness, you should have more people like Minette. The best service I`ve had from any institution in a long time. Thank you Minette.
