When my husband and I joined gym at the Bluff branch, we were told that we did not qualify for promotional bags because we were under Vitality. Lately every single person we know that joins gets a bag, and they are all on Vitality. Someone please explain to me. Why are you inconsistent?
We would also love some bags please. We have since moved to Westville, so please arrange for us to get our bags there.
