I registered at Virgin Active N1 City, the agreement was to pay the joining fee 50% up front and then 50% in April.
To my shock, yesterday they deducted the full joining feel. So instead of debiting R1000 they withdrew R1730, causing my bank to go into a negative balance. When I called the contact centre they tell me I have to wait 4 to 7 working days to get the money refunded. How must I now get by, because I work on a specific budget. This is unacceptable, Momentum did the same thing to me and they were able to refund within a day of calling. I must now suffer because of their mistake.
