Wrong amount debited AGAIN!!!

Good Morning

When I signed my gym contract I was on my parents Discovery Medical aid with the added Vitality. I took out my own Medical aid with Discovery and the added Vitality as the main member which was effective from the 2013-03-01 which meant my montly gym fee should have been less than it was when I was on my parents Medical aid.

Virgin Active however charged me the full monthly fee without any Vitality discount for the month of March. After a week of struggling to talk with the Sunward Park manager he asked me to talk to the people of Vitality to send me a letter that I am a new Vitality main member. I forwarded a mail to him of the reference from Vitality to credit the amount back to me. After two weeks with no response from the manager (since some cables got) the amount was credited back to me.

The wrong amount has been debited again this month from my account, and I wonder how this mistake can be made twice even when the people from the Vitality notified them that I'm a main member. This is very frustrating and a hassle for me since the wrong ammount is debited from my account. Just to add this is the worst Virgin Active branch.
