For the second month in a row i have been debited for a contract that has expired months ago.. Seems Virgin Active promise you the world to sign up but once your contract expires they keep taking your money! Why am i paying for a contract that has already expired? Why am i paying for a contract when i went into the branch personally and explained to the branch manager (Saadiqah Osman) that i don't want to continue my contract after it expired?
Joining Virgin Active seems to be the biggest mistake I've made.. I will take this matter further! I want my money back!
