I unexpectedly relocated from PMB to JHB about 5 years ago. I had then asked Virgin active to please transfer my account to JHB. They refused due to the consultant loosing her commission - unfortunately, i cannot remember her name. I have since not paid the account and have now been put onto ITC. I now can not even obtain a cell phone contract as my name is in the red because of this. MBD Inc has been phoning me in connection with this, and still, nothing has been resolved. What is the problem with transferring an account when you are a franchise group? I feel this is disgusting service and will never recommend their services!
