After nearly two years of signing up I STILL didn't revieve my bag, personal trainer session ect as promised. That's only the start. As I requested my black tag to be cancelled Benoni cancelled both my memberships... When I asked to only reactivate my initial membership both were activated and, BOTH debited from my account for two months!!! Above and beyond, my initial agreement was to have my account debited on the 1st or 2nd of each month... TWICE they tried to debit it on the 28th/29th and when the debit orders came back, they charged me R20 per membership, which amounts to R80. The didn't debit one month according to them, WHICH is NOT my fault as per my debit order agreement I said to debit my account every 1st or 2nd... and now i'm being denied access to the gym!??? I moved from Benoni because of their incompetence, but it seems Bedford is the same. No one phones back, and no one at Head Office is able to help as well. I want to cancel this contract ASAP, and I WILL take it further if they dare to ask me any settlement fees! FED UP!!!
