I enterd into 3 year contract with Plant Fitness in October 2010. The first two years I paid in full, the other 12 months would've been deducted through debit order starting 1/12/2010.

In October 2012 the gym froze my tag as I was "owing" them money. I left all my contact details and requested a person to phone or email me to resolve the problem. I heard NOTHING. I eventually had to take in copies of my contracts myself in an attempt to explain and finilize the situation. Since October my tag didn't work, it was such a strugggle to explain everytime I arrived at Gym that I basically stopped going from December.

In January I requested the general managers email from the Gym itself. I than contacted them. It was discoverd that Planet Fitness never deducted my monies as per the contract from 1/12/2010 but tried doing so from November 2012.By that time I had changed banks so the debit order didn't go through. Three months later I'm now expected to pay 3 months membership without real use of the facilties, further I'm being charged R80 for their admin mistake.

At no time was any sort of appology made for their mistake or my frustration. I'll definatly not be renewing my contract.
