My membership with discovery was terminated in September last year. Instead of contacting me and asking me if I need full membership Virgin active took the libity of deducting my account for the full amount since than. I called on the 2nd January and again on the 11January and was told the refund for November & December will be in my account this morning and still nothing! I called the call centre at 8:20 this morning enquiring about the refund, held on the line for 10 minutes than told a consultant will call me back and no one has till now. Please can I have the refund for November and december put into my account as promised!!!
