Double payment - no response

After a lengthy dispute with Planet Fitness re outstanding membership payments after I cancelled the membership, I received a call from Sharon Tester. She was very forthcoming and explained the charges etc and we settled on an amount that I had to pay. I was extremely grateful for her understanding and her professionalism and had no problem paying the outstanding amount. Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding an amount of R971.34 was paid into the Planet Trust account in addition to my original payment. I have been trying to get hold of Sharon but have had no response. I would like this amount reversed, but have received absolute silence in trying to sort this out. Incidently... this is the same reason why the original dispute took about 3years to resolve. Come on Planet Fitness... honestly?
