Good Day,
Since my post on (link bellow), I have eventually received some of the money that I had paid to Planet Fitness. I have however not received my deposit back that was deducted from my Edgars account. I have sent Thabo an Email regarding this and I have not had any response of any kind. Seems the only way to get a response from Planet Fitness is to post to and continue to do so until the issue is resolved. So that is what I will do.
My questions to Planet Fitness is, will I get my deposit back? If not, why not? If so, when would this payment take place?
