Ladies change rooms

Hi,

I've been a member of Virgin Active for over a year now. A very happy one till recently. I use the Glenvista gym, the ladies showers / change rooms have been progressively getting worse since January this year.

If the shower has no soap (one in particular hasnt had soap once this month), then the shower head is faulty and more recently a bust globe.

2 showers have no doors and then insult to injury I wanted to use the loo but this particular one had no toilet paper.

I enjoy gyming there, the facilities are excellent, staff and personal trainers are helpful.
